Balochistan is facing numerous problems and in the so-called history of Pakistan,this province has been deprived from all resources even from those resources that this province owns.The minerals like gold,copper,gypsum are found here in a great quantity but this province has always been a prey of ignorance.The enemies of Balochistan walk freely in the country but the leaders don’t dare to arrest them.
One of the feature in the constitution of 1956 is:
All citizens will be given their rights.
The another feature in the constitution of 1962 is:
Basic Human rights:All human will be given their rights.
Another feature in the constitution of 1973 is:
The Constitution grants and protects the fundamental rights of the citizens of Pakistan. They include the right to life, property, profession, liberty of thought and expression, freedom of association, religion, equality of citizens etc. In case of their violation, the affected person may go to the Courts for seeking redress of his grievances.
If the three constitutions of Pakistan declares that it will protect the human,their lives and property so Why Baluchistan is deprived from the above three features?
The people of Sindh and Balochistan tantalize for a drop of water,they don’t see good houses for them,firing,explosions are the daily trend there but why assembly,parliament and president is silent.
Frontier corps settled their camps a long year ago in different areas of Balochistan,the people of Balochistan understood that they have been brought here for our protection,later on,it started military operation in various places of Balochistan,Mashkay was exploded by bombs,many people died and many of them became victim of fatal diseases.After this it started entering in the houses of balochs by force and abducted the young boys,old mans and teenagers.After the abduction,the news of their martyrdom was shown in news like wise slowly and gradually it became a trend.The balochs started living a nomadic life,they left their houses for the sake of nation and traveled to foreign countries and freedom fighters moved towards mountains.They started abducting people from different places and hardly ever one house was left that was saved from their this ridiculous act.Mothers lost their sons,Brothers lost their friends nothing remained in balochistan.balochistan was completely destructed due to the forces.One thing was left that was“Education”.
Balochistan is in a very poor condition in according to Education but still Balochs teach their youth and nation.Private schools are established to give the nation better persons.People send their children in a great number and good education is given there.In Panjgoor an American English Language center was established by Sir Zahir hussain and later it was established as a Private school(The Oasis Academy Panjgur). This Institution is on the top in Panjgoor as the staff is working with heart and soul to do their best.The management+administration both are worth to be praised and i myself has remained a basic student of Oasis and i can say it with sure that such a school can never be established in any other place.Another private Schools in Panjgoor like:Helpers Public School,The Ideal Academy Panjgoor,Maymar Academy Panjgoor and many others are popular for their performances.But Eighteen days before,an unknown religious Organization came into being without registration and the organization whose name is”Al Islam-UL-furqan” and says itself an organization of Islam but the other Islamic scholars of panjgoor have rejected it and “they have said, that they have never heard the name of such an organization before”.
At first it entered in Maymar Academy and threatened one teacher to take out his mobile and money.This day passed and another day came where it stuck pamphlets on walls and doors.I have mentioned it in my previous post that what was written there.The link is:https://peacefulmindblog.wordpress.com/2014/05/04/repeated-problem/
It called the administrator of Schools and rudely threatened him to close his school otherwise he will be targeted.after getting such threats still the teachers,principals and admin of Oasis Academy didn’t loose hope and continued coming in School.the students were scolded by their parents that situations are unfavorable,don’t go to School,but they came and continued their education.After two days the owner/administrator of the Oasis Academy was on his way to School that a few unknown people with blackish dressings,weapons stopped his way,beat him,tried to burn his vehicle along children and females but they jumped from the car and they burned the vehicle.After that day,students/civil society/teachers and parents stared protesting against this organization.They took out rallies and a lot of people participated in the rally.
The students marched to D.C office(Deputy Commissioner) office and their slogans were:
“We want Education”
“We need justice”
Taleem humara haq hey”
Private adaronh ki bandish”Na manzoor na manzoor”
“Hamain humara haq doh”Warna qursi chod doh”
“Sir Major qadam badao”Hum tumare sath hain”
These were the slogans of those people who participated and showed that they can’t tolerate enclosure of private institutions in any case.
Later on,the current D.C(Akram kashani) who had the charges of Deputy commissioner was transferred and an Urdu speaking was brought in his place.But the Ex-Deputy Commissioner called a meeting of scholars,teachers,civil society and other literate people to discuss the issue.Scholars said in their point of view that”Islam has never said that girls shouldn’t get Education but it has emphasized that education is must for everyone man/woman.If the very first verse of holy Qur’an states that”Read,Read in the name of your lord who created you by the drop of blood,Read,With the name of your lord who taught you by the pen,taught you what you didn’t know”,so how they can reject it?If they burn Islamic books how people will call them Muslims even they are not able to be called Humans.
Eighteen days have passed but still the so-called government,parliament and leaders are silent.The public of panjgoor clearly remember the incident of Malala Yousufzai though it was a false decision about her but she was supported internationally,and here it is about the future of a nation so why no one dares to open his mouth and say a single word?
It is the same incident as it was in Swat,Wazeeristan but all became def,dumb,and blind when it came to Balochistan.It is the same government that was silent when our houses were burnt in Mashkay,when our brothers were abducted and their mutilated bodies were thrown heartlessly,when Dr.Allah nizar was tortured by the forces,when Shaheed Gulam Muhammad,shaheed Sher Muhammad,Shaheed lala Muneer and Shaheed Akbar bughti were martyred like no one kills and torture an animal,and it is the same Government that is still silent when our Education is being targeted.
Where are the Constitutions of Pakistan?
Where are you Dr.Malik?
Where are you Rehmat?
Where are you Government?
The Baloch nation has accepted it that the so-called leaders and governments have failed to do anything but we are not paralyzed like the Country and leaders.
Our media(Vsh news) is taking very active part in this problem and is supporting the public of Panjgoor and it has highlighted this problem but i don’t see any other Pakistani news channel even talking about this.It is a state of shame that what the government says,it does it’s reciprocal.
It is something very strange that three unknown people with weapons attacked at the Administrator of a school,burnt his vehicle in front of the forces but they didn’t do anything.
The D.c and Dr.Maalik have said that they will give protection but how much protection will they give?
Why Nawaz shareef doesn’t arrests them?
Just because it is all his own planing.Attack on Private schools in Panjgoor is not a child’s play where we will let such so-called leaders to play with our futures it is about our lives,where we will struggle unless we don’t get justice.Today this incident occurred in Panjgoor,tomorrow it will be in Gawadar and like wise they will destruct the whole nation.There is a strong sentence that to eradicate a nation and to develop a nation only one formula is needed that is”Education”.
Before they abducted our youth but they failed and now they are targeting our Institutions to erase the name of”Balochistan” from the map of the world.“They are silencing us by weapon and bullets but we have the power to finish violence by pen and books:Yasmeen Sana Baloch”
We don’t appeal to the government but we appeal to the public of Panjgoor that “it is not the time to cook,sit in house and sew cloths,the fire has reached till behind of our houses and if we didn’t look behind and didn’t try to extinguish it so soon it will burn our houses”.
We said and tolerated a lot,and the time of thinking,saying is gone,it is the time to do and stand against the violence and silence those persons like they are silencing us and our youth.

2. Federal System
The constitution provide for a federal system in the country. The powers were divided among the centre and the provinces. The subjects were divided into three lists; the Federal List, the Provincial list, and the concurrent list.
3. Unicameral Legislature
The Legislature was to consist of only one house. Both the wings of the country were given representation in the National Assembly. The National Assembly consisted of 300 members. 150 members were drawn from each wing. Thus the principle of parity was adopted.
4. Parliamentary System
Parliamentary system was adopted. According to it President was the Head of the State and the Prime MInister headed the government.
5. Independent Judiciary
The constitution provided for an independent judiciary in the country. A Supreme Court was constituted. It was headed by a Chief Justice. The Supreme Court, interpreted the constitution, advised the state whenever required and decided the issues arising among the governments.
6. The President
According to the 1956 Constitution the President was the head of the state. He was to be a Muslim of at least forty years ago. The tenure of his office was five years. In case of internal or external danger he could declare state of emergency in the country. He was authorized to appoint the Governors, the Judges of the Supreme Court, Auditor General and the Advocate General.
7. The Prime Minister
The Prime Minister was the head of the government. He was the leader of the Parliamentary group and was thus indirectly elected by the people. He was authorized to nominate his cabinet among the members of the National Assembly. The Cabinet was answerable to the Assembly.
8. Fundamental Rights
The Constitution of 1956 provided for the fundamental rights for the citizens of Pakistan.
9. Islamic Law
No law would be passed against the teachings of Quran and Sunnah and the existing laws would be made Islamic in character.
10. Language
Urdu and Bengali were made national languages
